October 2018 - September 2019
Set across five levels this terraced house on a prime residential street included a total strip-out of the core and reinstating new structure throughout as well as lowering the existing basement by another 500mm. Finished off with to a high-end spec including smart lighting this property now boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 reception rooms as well as a large kitchen dining area.
END OF TERRACE, Chiswick
August 2017 - June 2018
While the footprint of the house only changed marginally the internal strip-out and reconfiguration allowed to maximise the space ending up in an glorious open plan kitchen dining area. Working closely with external joiners for the integrated cabinetry the property offers a premium TV room as well as a music room for entertaining.

We have taken over this project shortly after the strip-out to make sure the tight timeframe can be met. Lowering the rear of the house by half a metre including a structural glass side infill was the biggest challenge within the 6 month duration of the build. Adding air conditioning, refurbishing 4 bathrooms and fitting bespoke joinery were additional items on the schedule of works.
